Security is a perennial issue in information technology, as threats from the internet show no sign of abating. For several years now, we have been relying on pfSense® and OPNsense® firewalls to ensure the security of our customers. Both are open-source solutions based on FreeBSD and are considered the two best open-source firewalls.

The support packages are valid for one year, with the term stated on the invoice being decisive. Support hours can be requested between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding company holidays and public holidays.

We guarantee a maximum response time of 8 hours during the specified support hours. Requests are processed on a ‘best effort’ basis and billed at 15-minute intervals. All support requests must be made by email. The offer does not include on-site work at the customer’s premises.

If the support hours are used up within the validity period, a new package with the same number of hours and response time is automatically booked.
